Refund & Returns

We take great care in crafting each Mada piece and hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
